Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are both insured and bonded.
Do I need to be here for the cleaning?
No, you may leave your key at our office or in a secure place to be retrieved at your home. As we cannot guarantee specified times, we do specify A.M or P.M. in the event you can meet the crew.
Will I always have the same crew?
We try to send "your" crew to your home every cleaning. It is impossible to guarantee this for various reasons. An example would be illness or vacations. But, you would get your original crew back the next cleaning.
How do I pay for the cleaning?
Our cleanings are priced on a C.O.D. basis. We will accept cash, personal check, Visa or Master Card payable the day of service.
How will I know when you are to arrive?
We will always call the day before to remind you of your cleaning, and give you an AM or PM arrival time.
Will I need to supply anything?
No, we bring all our own supplies and chemicals. Of course, if you have a special chemical you want used on a special piece of furniture, we are happy to oblige!
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, we will be happy to return and clean what we missed. Just give us a call the day of your cleaning and we will return to your home within 24 hours to take care of you.
